In May 2016 we had incredible oppurtunity to go and see London with our own eyes. Mrs. Stredakova organized this journey so we could experience english speaking country.
We went there by bus through Europe and then we took the boat. Although the road was long and exhausting we could not hold back our smiles when we saw the white rocks by the coast.
We were in groups of five or four people in guest family’s that gave us shelter while we stayed in UK.
My family was really nice. They had different habbits than we do but they tried to be as polite as possible. The food wasn‘t as good as our slovak cuisine. But we had plenty of it so we weren‘t starving for sure. Even the boy that lived in the house that was our age was nice and tried to talk to us.
The best experience of the whole trip for me was The Harry Potter studios. There were all of the things from the movies.
We got to fly in the green car, taste the butter beer and buy the wands, shirts, sweet beens.
We saw a pice of different culture and got to try our skills in english language. I liked England and I am thankfull for this adventure. See you soon London!
